What CVO is here to do
Contest Votes Online is the brand operating this website. We help people prepare clear contest-vote requests and discuss support for consumer contests and public-choice rounds. Start with the actual entry, the current stage, the deadline and the organiser’s rules.
The organiser controls eligibility, counting and results. CVO cannot change those rules or promise a placement, prize or outcome.
Contest types we have supported
per listed platform
Our experience includes photo and pet competitions, baby and child photo contests, business and readers’ choice awards, athlete and player polls, talent and music contests, and other public website polls.
Send the entry and current round for review. Past work in a category does not establish the rules, available methods or delivery timing for a new contest.
Platforms and ballots we have worked with
Photo and entrant galleries
Woobox, Crowdsignal / Polldaddy and GoGo Photo Contest.
Awards and website ballots
USA TODAY 10Best, StrawPoll and SurveyMonkey.
Social and community polls
Facebook voting, Instagram Story polls, X polls, YouTube and Telegram polls.
Our experience figures and platform history are reported by Contest Votes Online. The redacted screenshots below illustrate selected interfaces; they are not aggregate delivery reports. CVO is independent of the listed platforms and organisers. The current ballot and rules still determine what can be offered for each request.

Quotes, tools and guides serve different purposes
A quote request is for a specific contest. It lets us review the link, voting method and timing, then discuss a proposed scope, price and availability. It is not an order or payment.
Our planning tools and guides are separate resources. The vote estimator works from figures and assumptions you enter; the message builder, deadline planner and progress tracker work in your browser. They do not read a live ballot, approve participation or guarantee a result.
How calculations are made
The estimator compares your current count with a leader count, the time remaining, your chosen growth assumptions and a buffer. It projects a range of additional votes needed to move above the projected leader.
For example, if a leader has 1,000 votes, your entry has 650, three days remain, the assumed growth is 0–50 votes per day and the buffer is 10%, the result is a range of 450–615 additional votes. That is a worked scenario, not a prediction.
Raw-count calculations do not suit every contest. Ratings, percentages, donation totals, jury scores and mixed public/judging formats need the organiser’s scoring method. The calculator does not use a historical-results database or live leaderboard feed.
Examples and sources
Examples on this site are illustrative unless they identify a current, linked organiser source. Names, totals, deadlines and messages in examples should be replaced with the details of your own contest.
Each guide identifies its sources and examples. Content is published by Contest Votes Online; linked organiser sources support the explanation and do not imply endorsement of our service. For a real request, use the organiser’s current entry page, rules and scoring information as the source of truth. If a rule, count or closing time changes, check the organiser’s page again before acting on it.
Resources you can share
The contest brief checklist includes a printable page and blank downloads for recording your entry, rules, deadline and counts. You may share or adapt it with a source link. The tools hub brings the four browser-based planning tools together.
Corrections and questions
If a page is unclear or contains an error, email admin@contestvotesonline.com with the page address, the detail to correct and, where available, the organiser source. We will review the information against the source you provide.
For a contest-specific question, use the quote form or WhatsApp. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, verification links or payment-card details.
